The loudspeaker wires run from the amplifier to the loudspeakers. They tend to be fairly long and especially when they lead to doorspeakers, they have to travel a difficult way through grommet passages.
The copper used in the Platinum loudspeaker cables is OFC (oxygen-free copper). This ‘pure’ copper has got about 4500 copper crystals within one meter of a copper conductor.
Thanks to the tinned layer around it improves the conductivity and reduces the oxidation.
